Hp 500 Plotter Driver

CD/DVD drive device driver missing. I am running Windows 7. It begins printing a drawing but crashes exactly halfway through.

I mean could it be that I'm using Home Premium and not something else like Ultimate? I aligned heads, ran test prints, plugged it in to pc to run some canvas prints and Cyan and Magenta came up with an error after 2 prints. Works with WIN7 64 bit!!! Check This Out M.

Have you tried the HP help forums, or support pages? The only part-solution is to turn it off at the mains and switch it back on, but this still leaves us with the problem that prints half a drawing and crashes Thank you so much. We've had a similar problem solved this way before.
