If it weren't for the HP website (which has no drivers either), you'd think this board doesn't even exist. I don't know if this might help you man, but hopefully! and sold at much lower prices than retail boards. The links given here worked for me to get Ethernet running and to resolve the SM Bus issue. Even Vista Business from MSDN wouldn't work properly because of lack of drivers. First Time Here? Asus Links are priceless...
